These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Soulway mobile application (the "App") provided by VISIONCRAFT, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Use of the App
Soulway is a faith-based wellness application providing daily Bible verses, devotionals, Scripture reading, and peaceful music. You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to attempting to reverse-engineer the software, circumvent any access restrictions, or use the App in any way that violates applicable laws.
Accounts
The App does not require you to create an account. Some features may be available without any registration. If you contact our support team, any information you voluntarily share will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Soulway offers optional in-app subscriptions ("Soulway Plus") that unlock additional content and features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same subscription price.
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing; any changes will apply to the next renewal period after notice is given.
Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to the design, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of VISIONCRAFT, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Bible texts are in the public domain or used under applicable license.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our prior written consent, except for sharing features provided within the App (such as sharing daily verses).
User-Generated Content
The App may allow you to create notes, highlights, and other personal content. You retain ownership of any content you create within the App. However, this content is stored locally on your device, and we are not responsible for any loss of such content.
Charitable Donations
We donate a portion of our profits to charitable organizations. This commitment is voluntary and may change at our discretion. Charitable donations are made by us from our revenue and do not constitute a tax-deductible donation on your behalf.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The spiritual and devotional content in the App is provided for inspirational and educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional counseling or advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VISIONCRAFT, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
